1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GenuineAstro.Com (“Website”) and all astrology consultations, reports, readings, remedies, articles, digital content, communication services, and other services offered through the Website (“Services”).
“GenuineAstro”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to GenuineAstro.Com and the persons operating or providing Services through it.
By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, making a payment, communicating with us, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or Services.
2. Nature of Our Services
GenuineAstro provides astrology-related consultation and informational services. These may include horoscope and birth-chart analysis, planetary interpretation, predictions, dasha and transit analysis, numerology, Vastu-related guidance, Lal Kitab and other traditional remedies, Upay, Nakshatra-related guidance, and related educational material.
The Services are interpretive and advisory in nature. Astrology does not provide certainty about future events, and no Service is a promise or guarantee of a particular outcome.
3. No Guaranteed Results
You expressly acknowledge that GenuineAstro does not guarantee any particular result from a consultation, prediction, report, remedy, Upay, spiritual practice, or other Service.
Payment for a Service is payment for the time, expertise, analysis, consultation, preparation, and/or content provided—not payment for a guaranteed outcome.
No statement made by GenuineAstro should be interpreted as a warranty, promise, assurance, or guarantee that a particular event will occur or will not occur.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken after receiving information from GenuineAstro.
You agree to independently evaluate any information before relying upon it, particularly where the decision involves money, investments, health, medicine, law, litigation, marriage, pregnancy, family matters, business, employment, property, or other significant personal matters.
GenuineAstro does not make decisions on your behalf.
5. Medical, Legal and Financial Matters
Astrology Services are not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
You must consult an appropriately qualified professional for medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, psychological, or other regulated matters.
GenuineAstro shall not be responsible for consequences arising from a user’s decision to substitute astrology for professional advice.
6. Eligibility and User Information
You represent that the information you provide to GenuineAstro is accurate, complete, and not intentionally misleading.
Where a birth chart or other analysis requires date, time, and place of birth, you understand that incorrect information may affect the analysis.
GenuineAstro may decline or discontinue a Service where information supplied is materially incomplete, misleading, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable for providing the Service.
7. Booking and Appointment
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only when GenuineAstro has communicated confirmation through an accepted communication channel and, where applicable, payment has been received.
Users are responsible for providing a valid telephone number, email address, and other information necessary for communication.
GenuineAstro may reschedule an appointment when reasonably necessary due to illness, technical problems, emergencies, operational issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
8. Payments
Fees for Services will be communicated to the user before payment wherever reasonably practicable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance.
The user is responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payment through the payment method made available by GenuineAstro.
A payment does not create any guarantee regarding the outcome of the Service.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and appointment-related payment matters are governed by the GenuineAstro Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By purchasing a Service, you agree to the applicable refund and cancellation terms published by GenuineAstro.
Where a Service has already been substantially performed, prepared, delivered, or commenced, refund eligibility may be limited as specified in the applicable policy and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Consultation Conduct
Users must communicate respectfully with GenuineAstro and its representatives.
You must not use abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unlawful language or behaviour.
GenuineAstro may refuse, suspend, or terminate a consultation or Service where a user’s conduct is abusive, threatening, unsafe, fraudulent, or materially disruptive.
Termination for such conduct does not automatically create a right to a refund.
11. Communication and Recording
Consultations may take place through telephone, email, messaging applications, video calls, or other communication methods.
You acknowledge that internet and electronic communications may experience interruptions, delays, technical failures, or security risks.
Unless separately agreed or legally required, GenuineAstro does not guarantee that any particular communication channel will remain continuously available.
Users must not record, reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit consultation communications or materials without appropriate permission, subject to applicable law.
12. Confidentiality
GenuineAstro will make reasonable efforts to keep consultation information confidential. However, no electronic communication or internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested Service and should avoid unnecessarily sharing highly sensitive personal information.
13. Remedies and Upay
Any remedy, Upay, spiritual practice, traditional practice, or astrological recommendation is optional.
You acknowledge that GenuineAstro does not guarantee that a remedy will produce a specific result, remove a planetary influence, cure an illness, guarantee marriage or children, guarantee financial gain, guarantee employment or business success, guarantee a court result, or prevent an unfortunate event.
You are responsible for determining whether a suggested practice is safe, lawful, practical, and appropriate for your circumstances.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original content on GenuineAstro.Com, including text, articles, reports, written remedies, graphics, designs, logos, photographs, layouts, branding, and other original material, belongs to or is licensed to GenuineAstro and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may use materials supplied to you for your own personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

This includes, without limitation, financial loss, loss of profits, loss of business, missed opportunities, investment losses, medical consequences, legal consequences, relationship consequences, emotional distress, loss of data, or failure to achieve an expected result.
You expressly acknowledge that you use the Website and Services at your own discretion and risk.
19. No Legal-Action Waiver Beyond What Law Permits
By using GenuineAstro.Com and its Services, you acknowledge and agree that GenuineAstro is providing astrology-related guidance and not guaranteeing any outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree not to hold GenuineAstro or its representatives responsible for consequences arising from your voluntary reliance on astrological information, predictions, consultations, remedies, or related content.
You further acknowledge that payment for a Service does not create a warranty or guarantee of any result.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to unlawfully prevent any person from exercising a legal right or bringing a claim where applicable law permits it. Any waiver, limitation, release, exclusion, or protection contained in these Terms shall operate only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
20. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenuineAstro, its owner, astrologers, consultants, representatives, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:
(a) your misuse of the Website or Services;
(b) your violation of these Terms or other applicable policies;
(c) information you provide that is false, misleading, or unlawful;
(d) your decisions or actions taken after receiving a Service;
(e) your violation of another person’s rights; or
(f) your violation of applicable law.
21. Force Majeure
GenuineAstro shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet or telecommunications failures, power failures, cyber incidents, illness, emergencies, strikes, platform outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
22. Termination or Refusal of Service
GenuineAstro may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website or Services where reasonably necessary, including for abusive behaviour, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, misuse of content, non-payment, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and applicable disclaimers.

27. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the Website or Services shall be dealt with by the appropriate courts having lawful jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory legal right or remedy available to a user under applicable law.
